Ingredients
- Macaroni 1 pack
- Capsicum 1
- Carrot 1
- Tomatoes 3
- Milk 1/2 liter
- Mozzarella cheese 1 pack
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sautéed all purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Rosemary 1 tsp
- Salt to taste

Cooking Directions
- Boil macaroni and keep aside.
- In a pan, add oil and flour, sauté.
- In a separate pan boil milk.
- When milk is about to reach a boiling point, add to sautéed flour and whisk until the mixture thickens.
- Then add in rosemary, oregano, sliced capsicum, finely sliced carrot and salt to taste.
- When the mixture is well-cooked, add boiled macaroni to it.
- Allow it to simmer for some time and add more than half a pack of mozzarella cheese.
- Simmer for a couple of minutes and pour the mixute in a dish.
- Cover the top completely with tomato slices and sprinkle remaining grated mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 c for 8 to 10 minutes.
- When the color changes to a nice golden brown.
- Macaroni Cheese is ready to serve.
