Macaroni and Cheese Pasta by chef zakir

Ingredients

  • Macaroni 1 pack
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Milk 1/2 liter
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 pack
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sautéed all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Boil macaroni and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, add oil and flour, sauté.
  3. In a separate pan boil milk.
  4. When milk is about to reach a boiling point, add to sautéed flour and whisk until the mixture thickens.
  5. Then add in rosemary, oregano, sliced capsicum, finely sliced carrot and salt to taste.
  6. When the mixture is well-cooked, add boiled macaroni to it.
  7. Allow it to simmer for some time and add more than half a pack of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Simmer for a couple of minutes and pour the mixute in a dish.
  9. Cover the top completely with tomato slices and sprinkle remaining grated mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 c for 8 to 10 minutes.
  11. When the color changes to a nice golden brown.
  12. Macaroni Cheese is ready to serve.
