Ingredients
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Chicken 400 gms
- Tomatoes 4 (medium chopped)
- Ginger 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
- Onions 3 (large sliced in round)
- Green chilies 4 (chopped)
- Whole cumin 1 tbsp
- Whole spices powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Eggs 2
- Yellow food color a pinch
- Fresh coriander 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions
- Boil chicken with a pinch of salt and shredded in to small pieces.
- Boil Rice with adequate amount of salt till fully done.
- Heat oil in a wok, add onions and cook till colorless.
- Add tomatoes, green chilies and ginger cook for 5 minutes.
- Add all spice powder, whole cumin, red chili flakes, soya sauce, black pepper and salt.
- Add shredded chicken, cook for a minute.
- Add boiled rice and mix well and turn off the flame.
- In a bowl mix eggs with yellow color, fresh coriander and salt to taste.
- Fry eggs and then cut into strips.
